Why DC11

Built for the next step.

Danny has played NPL first grade since he was 19, along with four seasons of professional football in Portugal. There, he had to start from scratch at every new club, adapt to new teams and environments, and earn his place each time. He started DC11 to share those experiences with younger players.

NPL is a great level, but it shouldn't be the end goal. DC11 is about helping young players reach the next level.

Match analysis

Training should show on match day.

Players spend hours on ball mastery, skills and technique, and that work matters. But if it doesn't show on the pitch, what is all that training for?

Match analysis connects the two. Send Danny a game, and he breaks down your child's moments on video, so they can see what to keep doing and what to change next time.

  • Better decisions: when to pass, dribble, shoot or hold it
  • The right position for their role on the field, with and without the ball
  • Better passing choices and timing
  • What they already do well, so they play with confidence

Group program

Development
Group.

For players who are new to football or still building their game. No experience needed.

Who it's for

Fall in love with the ball.

The Development Group is for kids who are just starting out, play for fun, or want to catch up with their teammates. Sessions are relaxed but focused, and every player gets plenty of time on the ball.

Groups are kept small, so every player gets plenty of attention. When a player is ready for more, they can move up to the Elite Group.

What we work on

  • Ball control and first touch
  • Passing and receiving with both feet
  • Dribbling and beating a player
  • Small-sided games every session
  • Confidence on the ball and enjoying the game

A typical session

  • Warm-up with the ball, no laps
  • Technical block on one skill
  • Games that use that skill under light pressure
  • Finish with a match

Group program

Elite
Group.

For club and NPL players who want to push for higher teams. Mornings before school or Wednesday after school.

Who it's for

Train at match speed.

The Elite Group is for players who already play club football and want to reach the next level. Sessions are fast and demanding, with the standards Danny learned in NPL first grade and professional football in Portugal.

Train before school on Tuesday or Wednesday at 6am, or after school on Wednesday at 5pm. Groups are capped at 6 so every rep counts.

What we work on

  • Technique under pressure and at speed
  • Finishing and 1v1s, attacking and defending
  • Scanning and decision-making
  • Habits of professional players: preparation, intensity, recovery
  • Mindset for trials and higher teams

A typical session

  • Activation and ball mastery
  • High-intensity technical work
  • Game situations with a clear focus
  • Finishing and competitive games

Private sessions

1-on-1
Sessions.

Training built around one player: their position, their strengths and what's holding them back.

Who it's for

Your game, your plan.

1-on-1 sessions are open to any age, from juniors to adults. We start by talking about where you play, what you want to achieve and what's getting in the way. Then every session works on that.

Sessions run in English or Korean. Spots each week are limited. The free first session is for group programs only, so 1-on-1s are paid from the first session.

What you get

  • A plan built around your position
  • Full attention for the whole session
  • Honest feedback from someone who's played at the level you're aiming for
  • Homework to practise between sessions

Add-on

Match analysis

Send us your game footage. Your actions get cut together and we break them down on video, so you can see what to keep doing and what to fix. Works for players anywhere, not just Sydney.

  • Price on enquiry · message @dc11.football
